Refund Policy


Parimiti Technology Services (hereafter "Parimiti") hassle-free Refund Policy (hereafter "Policy") is designed to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and to promote risk free purchase.

Refund Initiation:

The policy is limited to the subscription purchased online on "My OPD" mobile application. The request for refund must be initiated within 15 days from the date the subscription was purchased. Your actual refund will be initiated by us within 02 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund. In order to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price of the subscription, you must contact the Parimiti Support team without consuming purchased subscription partially or fully. There will be no refund on pro rata basis if subscription is partially used.

Refund Timeline:

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund by us. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

Mode of Refund Payment:

For both cancelled orders & refund request, the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.

In the event that the procedure herein is not followed, Parimiti reserves the right to accept the refund of subscription on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.
